Tim Times Ten Grand Give-A-Way Challenge: Day Three

Tim Times Ten Grand Give-A-Way Challenge: Day Three

Today's challenge then is a Steampunk Tag. You must create a steampunk tag which incorporates the sponging and heat embossing techniques somewhere in the tag. Your design must incorporate a key, 3 arrows, and a pointing hand. At least one of the elements listed must be a metal embellishment and one stamped image must be manually (hand) cut out. Be creative! Use your stash and your creativity -- don't run out to the LSS and purchase items if you don't have to! Improvise. Be unique. We're looking for lots of creativity and innovative ideas on this one...

Well this was a real challenge.  But  I did it!

I had to cut the three arrows and did some sponging on them and on the tag:

Then did some heat embosing on some die cuts:
Then the fun began, putting it all together:

Thanks for your time!

Tim Times Ten Grand Give-A-Way Challenge: Day Two

Welcome to Day 2 of our Grand Give-A-Way Challenge.

Today's challenge, then is a Masking Tag. You must create a tag which incorporates the masking technique somewhere in the tag. Today's theme is "Busy Bees" and your design must incorporate bees in the layout. The tag must also have some type of sheen/shimmer. I used Crackle Accents for both gloss and crackle effect. Your design must incorporate a glossy/shimmery effect.

This challenge was intimidating at first. I have done masking maybe two times!

Tried my best to comply with each and every condition posted and as it came together I felt in love with it.
Just have a look at my cute tag:

Bee...autiful!
 First I inked the tag:
Then I placed the mask and inked over it:
Added some beadss and jewels:

Love the way it turned out!

Thanks!

Reaching the World for Autism

Copic Musketeers is having a very special challenge during the month of April:

"April is Autism month and we thought that this would be a great opportunity to do some good. We have a wonderful and sweet digi artist donating an image for this challenge; please welcome Stef from Glitterbabe’s Digis. She is a very remarkable woman and we adore her. Please visit her blog for the freebie. There is a special digi that she is also selling for Autism, please visit her store to purchase the digi and while you are there, take a look around at her digis, she really has some beauties and some cuties. The proceeds from the digi WILL BE going towards Autism."

Here is the link to the store: Glitterbabe’s Digis and please buy the digis, they are beautiful, and you would help this noble cause.

I tried to bring the message through a fun card, painting the ribbons and then using them as petals for a flower and the little twitter sharing the message:

Hope you like it.

Remember to join this challenge and follow the rules, the gifts are wonderful.
